The cucumbers grow to about 25 cm long and 10 cm thick and can be harvested both young and mature. The variety can be used raw as a salad cucumber, cooked as a sauce or classically as a mustard cucumber and has a white, juicy flesh. The firm skin gives it a good shelf life and the robust plants have a high resistance to mildew.
